REAL ALE BREWING COMPANY PROUDLY OFFERS:

*Rio Blanco Pale Ale (year-round) bottles, draught.
Deep golden and malty, with a spicy hop flavor and well balanced hop bitterness, Rio Blanco is a uniquely Texan interpretation of an English-style pale ale. Czech Saaz hops provide a crisp finish and delicate aroma.
ABV: 5.3%, IBU: 26, OG(plato): 12.5

*Full Moon Pale Rye Ale (year-round) bottles, draught.
Tawny red and full of malt and hops, Full Moon's unique flavor truly satisfies. The smooth sweetness of malted rye and barley is complemented by generous helpings of Willamette and Cascade hops, resulting in an assertive American amber ale.
ABV: 5.7%, IBU: 42, OG(plato): 14

*Brewhouse Brown Ale (year-round) bottles, draught.
Caramel brown with a hint of chocolate, Brewhouse Brown melds four kinds of malt and American hops into a delicious dark ale. Rich and roasty, yet with a dry finish, it is the perfect companion for a hearty meal.
ABV: 5.4%, IBU: 33, OG(plato): 13

*Firemans #4 Blonde Ale (year-round) bottles, draught.
This refreshing blonde ale strikes a perfect balance between the smoothness of the malt, the subtle fruitiness of our house ale yeast, and zesty citrus notes from Crystal hops. Firemans #4 is a great way to beat the heat - enjoy it on a Texas summer day, or pair it with spicy foods to help put out the fire.
ABV: 5.1%, IBU: 21, OG(plato): 12

Sisyphus Barleywine Ale (winter release) bottles, draught .
Intense and warming, Sisyphus was Real Ale's first seasonal product. A healthy portion of hops balances the rich toffee undertones of the malt. Weighing in around 11% ABV, Sisyphus Barleywine is not for the faint of heart - makes a great nightcap!
ABV: 10 - 11%, IBU: 77, OG(plato): 24

Phoenixx Double Extra Special Bitter (winter release), draught only.
Our winter seasonal is inspired by the great ales of the UK but brewed with a distinctively American attitude. English crystal malt gives Phoenixx its subtle toffee and caramel notes, but this ale is about hops. The blend of English hops, highlighted by its namesake, Phoenix, yields a complex hop character that dominates this special brew.
ABV: 7.2%, IBU: 50

Real Heavy (late winter/early spring release), draught only.
Real Heavy is a traditional Strong Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy). It has a rich brown color, and a deep caramel flavor. Malt flavors dominate and are balanced by the alcohol (9.7% a.b.v.). It is brewed with English crystal malt, English hops, and fermented with English ale yeast. Fans of the Bitter End's award winning Prescott's Wee Heavy will not be disappointed.
ABV: 9.7%, IBU: , OG(plato):

Devil's Backbone (spring release), draught only.
Named for the scenic ridge that runs between Blanco and Wimberley, Devil's Backbone is a Belgian-style tripel. Czech Saaz hops and Belgian yeast give this ale its distinctive flavor and aroma. Candy sugar made in-house at the brewery adds strength without increasing heaviness. The result is a deceptively strong, pale golden ale.
ABV: 8.1%, IBU: 36, OG(plato): 18

Lost Gold IPA (summer release), draught only.
Massive additions of Cascade, Columbus, Amarillo, and Summit hops make Lost Gold IPA a hop lover's dream. Vienna malt and pale English crystal malt give Lost Gold its rich golden-orange color.
ABV: 6.6%, IBU: 55, OG(plato): 15.0

Roggenbier (summer release), draught only.
Roggenbier (German for "rye beer") is a style not commonly found in the U.S. Real Ale Roggenbier is golden in color and similar in flavor to a hefeweizen. Traditional German hefeweizen yeast produces notes of banana, clove, and bubblegum. Forty percent malted rye imparts a hint of bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
ABV: 4.9%, IBU: 10, OG(plato): 12.7

Dunkelroggen (fall release), draught only.
Dunkelroggen is fermented with a German hefeweizen strain which gives it the classic banana aroma and flavor. This ale is similar to our Roggenbier, but has a darker color and a more pronounced malt character. It has 35% Weyermann malted rye, which, combined with the German Tettnang hops, give it a refreshing, spicy finish. The amber color comes from Weyermann Vienna and dark Munich malt.
ABV: 5.2%, IBU: 9, OG(plato): 12

*Shade Grown Coffee Porter (fall release), draught only. A rich, robust porter with a dry finish. Brewed with organic barley and organic fair trade coffee from Katz Coffee Roasters. Savor the subtle coffee flavor of this irresistible ale.
ABV: 5.6%, IBU: 40, OG(plato): 14
