Chicken Cordon-Bleu:  4 baked mini-sized portions of chicken in a nest of angel hair pasta with creamy parmesan sauce

Caprese Salad:  alternating slices of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil sprinkled with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sprinkled with lemon pepper-served with organic Tuscan bread

Panini:  turkey, ham, provolone cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers on oven-toasted organic Tuscan bread with green olive tapenade includes garlic pasta salad

Classic French Dip:  thin slices of lean beef heaped on a toasted French roll- served with rich beef au jus and garlic herb pasta salad

Cheesecake Sampler:  mini cheesecake squares of New York style turtle and white chocolate/raspberry
